Fortinet Firewall performance SLA issue
Issue Summary:
A sudden issue was observed with the Fortinet Performance SLA, where it showed as below Down status. However, all internet traffic was functioning normally, and site-to-site VPN tunnels remained operational.
Error:
Fortinet Performance SLA showed as down despite normal internet connectivity.

Resolution Steps:
- Restarted the link monitor service using the following command:
2. After restarting the service, navigated to the SD-WAN → Performance SLA tab to verify the status.
3. The issue was resolved — the Performance SLA status returned to Up.
